Unlike whey which is a cheese-making by product our protein is brewed cleanly through microbial fermentation and contains a larger amount of essential and branched-chain amino acids than other whey proteins.
It is packed with leucine and prized for superior muscle synthesis, gelling, and foaming properties. Our protein contains roughly 45% more leucine than standard commercial whey protein isolates. Our protein has a complete amino acid profile - Plant-based vegan proteins often require heavy blending of pea, rice, or soy to approach this level of completeness. Allergens are listed on our products in BOLD and we would ask that you check these prior to purchase as they differ from product to product. We will also include a list of these along with each product, it may be on the back or included in the packaging and online.

All our fresh goods are made fresh everyday in house and have a 14 day shelf life due to our packaging standards and without the need for stabilisers and additives. Our drinks like our fresh goods are made with directly sourced real ingredients, we pride ourselves in using the best quality and craft methods in anything that leaves our production facility.

Due to hygiene and food safety requirements, NUFF does not accept returns of unwanted or surplus stock of our drinks or fresh goods once it has left our warehouse.

Customers must inspect goods at the point of delivery. If a parcel shows signs of damage, delivery should be refused where possible.

If damage or a fault is discovered after delivery, NUFF must be notified within 48 hours of receipt. Customers must provide their order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging and parcel.

Product faults discovered later must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with supporting evidence of the issue.

All returns must be agreed in advance with NUFF before any goods are returned.

Where the error is ours (damaged, faulty or incorrect items), NUFF will cover the cost of return, replacement or refund where appropriate.

If a return is requested for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for any associated costs, including return shipping and handling.

Any merch must be returned within 14 days of delivery, with all tags and in the exact same condition.

Our standard UK shipping option takes 2-3 business days. If you select our Express option and order before 1pm, it will be with you the next day, 5-7 days for international orders.
