Delivery & subscriptions

We currently offer same day delivery only in London and the price of delivery is subject to the terms and conditions of the third party courier delivering based on distance and time of delivery.  We deliver throughout the mainland UK and Europe anywhere outside the UK may be subject to local taxes. 

Please note, orders failed due to recipient absence cannot be reattempted free of charge, so please be mindful that the recipient is available, or adequate delivery instructions are left at the checkout stage of placing your order. Safe spaces unagreed upon with the sender, are at the discretion of our external courier partner. If you would not like the order left in a safe space/with a neighbour in event of an unavailable recipient, please state this in the ‘delivery note’ section of your order.  If it's not a same day order the delivery will be re-attemoted the following business day subject to the courier partners terms and conditions.

All our subscription orders (UK, EU) have free delivery, plus all orders over £50 if you're looking to make a one-off purchase.

If your order hasn't arrived within the allocated delivery window please contact the courier assigned the delivery.  Once outisde the window and the courier has not been able to deliver please contact us.  If your order has arrived please contact us as soon as possible (within 24 hours of delivery) with a description and accompanying photos/videos of what isn't right.

We offer subscription frequencies of 1, 2, or 4 weeks. If you need a personalised frequency (i.e, maybe of 3, or 5 weeks), drop us an email at  contact@nuff-co.com and we will be happy to help you.  Manage your subscriptions easily via your account page and cancel or freeze them whenever you like.

For UK delivery our delivery days are Monday - Saturday. For EU and other regions that may differ.

General

Our consumable products are much lower in calories, carbs and sugar and much higher in protein, healthy fats and vitamins, making it both taste great and nutritionally sound.  We steer away from using any processed ingredients and additives, valuing fresh real quality ingredients and an impeccable production process.

Click here to see our allergen information. All of our fresh goods are produced in the same production unit. We take all responsible measures to reduce cross-contamination, however we cannot guarantee the absence of any allergen in the product. If you require a specific ingredients list, this can be obtained from us by emailing contact@nuff-co.com.  

Please do a quick search in your inbox and spam folder for emails from ‘no-reply@nuff-co.com’. If there’s still no luck, please email us and make sure you include:
– Your name
– What you ordered / purchase amount
– Delivery postcode
This will help us locate your order quickly and check if it has gone through or not.

If you've made a mistake with your order please contact us ASAP at orders@nuff-co.com - once the order has left for delivery we are unable to change or amend it.  

Yes. That’s a big part of who we are and who we strive to be. All our packaging is recyclable, our coffee pods are certified home-compostable, and our whole bean and ground coffee packaging is plastic-free and industrially compostable. 

Returns

We’re really sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your order. Please feel free to pop us across an email to contact@nuff-co.com, as we always value your feedback and we’ll help in any way we can.

Please note that any items from our fresh goods range cannot be returned to us unless it has been delivered incorrectly or damaged in transit. This is because of the perishable nature of those products.

We accept the return of our merch, drinks and our pods within 30 days of them being received. However, we only accept the return of goods in perfect condition, unopened and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to withhold a refund at any time, unless the product was damaged in transit.

Please bear in mind that all returns costs must be covered by the customer.
