Frequently Asked Questions

All our goods (excluding doughnuts and fresh filled bagels) are available for delivery throughout the UK and our longer life goods internationally. We also offer same day delivery throughout London 7 days a week. Please note that Doughnuts only available outside of London via subscription.

Our same day on-demand orders are delivered by a third party courier who have their own delivery policies outside our control. Our order process is as follows: 1. The delivery driver will ring the bell / knock on your door, and if you have requested contactless delivery, place the box on the ground outside your door and stand back for you to collect. 2. If there is no answer, the driver will call the number provided on the order. 3. If there is still no answer, our driver will attempt to leave the order in a safe space or with a neighbour. If this is unsuccessful, we will fail the delivery and return it to our production facility. Please note, orders failed due to recipient absence cannot be reattempted free of charge, so please be mindful that the recipient is available, or adequate delivery instructions are left at the checkout stage of placing your order. Safe spaces unagreed upon with the sender, are at the discretion of our driver, or external courier partner. If you would not like the order left in a safe space/with a neighbour in event of an unavailable recipient, please state this in the delivery note section of your order. Some of our packaging is letterbox friendly.

Any requests to change an order must be made before your order has been dispatched. If the change can be accomodated you'll receive a new confirmation email, if not the order will have to be cancelled and remade with the correct details.

Our goods are higher in protein, vitamins, amino acids and healthier fats whilst being lower in calories, sugar, carbs and saturated fats. Most people don't eat enough protein (around one gram per pound of body weight) and underestimate how calorie dense their diet is, our glazed doughnuts are 165 calories with 14g protein 3g sugar vs 300 calories with 2g protein and 10+ grams of sugar.

Currently we do not offer vegan goods, we have a small selection of gluten free products.

Whilst some of our products are made without nuts, we own and operate our bakery; it uses peanuts, nuts, and other allergens in some of our products. We have controls within our bakery, however, given we hand make an unsealed product, we cannot guarantee that our doughnuts have zero contact with these allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please consider if this item is appropriate.

You can manage your subscription by logging in to your subscription account where you can choose to skip, cancel or modify your subscription at any time.

Coming 2025 our smart subscription is a unique QR code you will receive with your smart subscription that will allow you to redeem your subscription in any of our smart cabinets, stores or pop ups in your city. Buy a box of 12 cookies and pick them up fresh, one at a time over the month.
